Manager, Finance and Payroll

About Your Meghan

I am the Manager of Payroll and Finance here at FCR, where I have been part of the team since 2016. I oversee payroll for all our employees, manage benefits, and support financial operations. I started out as a Financial Accountant and have since grown into my current leadership role. One of my proudest milestones has been completing the coursework for the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification, and I am currently working toward fulfilling the final work-experience requirements.

I approach my work with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. I enjoy tackling challenges to find practical, effective solutions—such as optimizing payroll processes.

Outside of work, I love going for walks, especially with my family. My son keeps us busy with hockey, soccer, and basketball. On quieter days, I’ve been teaching myself to crochet (with mixed but improving results!). My husband and I also enjoy golfing together—I’m still working on my game, but I did win “Closest to the Pin” at our annual 2025 Golf Day tournament, so there’s hope.
