About Karina

Karina brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial statement auditing, having worked with EY in Colombia, KPMG and now FCR in Canada. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations across a variety of industries, including municipalities, First Nations, hospitals, retail, hospitality and other service-based organizations.

With a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting, Karina approaches her work with a focus on quality, integrity and helping clients navigate their financial reporting requirements. She values resilience and is highly goal-oriented, bringing these qualities to both her professional work and the relationships she builds with clients and colleagues.

Originally from Colombia, Karina has called North Bay home for the past five years, where she lives with her husband.
