I am an HR Manager at FCR and have been with the firm for over five years. My role is centered on supporting both our internal teams and clients through practical, people-focused HR solutions that align with business needs, compliance requirements, and long-term growth.

At FCR, I’ve been able to work across a wide range of areas within the firm. Working closely with leaders and teams has helped me see how HR decisions affect people in real and practical ways — not just on paper. That perspective shapes how I approach my role every day.

I’m also passionate about being involved in the continued growth of the firm and have really enjoyed taking an active role in career fairs, student initiatives, firm events, and other opportunities that bring our people and community together.
