About Karley

Karley is a detail-oriented professional who transitioned from managing a client ledger to joining the professional practice department at FCR. In her current role, she plays a key part in overseeing the firm’s system of quality management, providing technical guidance and staying current with changes in the evolving profession. Her dedication to excellence helps strengthen the firm’s quality standards and supports high-level client service.  

Through her work in quality management, Karley is also dedicated to staff training and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning and supporting staff in their professional growth and long-term success. 

Outside of her career, Karley enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling to explore new places, and quality time with family and friends while embracing new experiences and creating lasting memories.
